We within the Labor Market Support at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency offer a socially important mission in a good working environment. You ensure that our clients, who are job seekers, receive the compensation they are entitled to by taking significant personal responsibility for both the processing and collaboration within your team.
Processing, customer contact, and teamwork
As an insurance officer within Labor Market Support, you are in contact with individuals participating in a labor market policy initiative at the Employment Service. You are responsible for ensuring that each person receives the correct compensation on time and you meet each individual based on their unique needs.
You independently process cases, make calculations, assessments, and decisions in individual matters. We work in a team-based manner with planning and distribution of tasks, which means that there are demands for you to take responsibility and contribute to the group's work. The inflow of cases varies, so it is important that you have the ability to switch between different tasks and work paces. Your duties also include recurring work in telephony where you answer customer inquiries and process the case during the ongoing call. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you who will work with us have a high security awareness.

- has a high school diploma or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- is service-oriented
- has a systematic and meticulous work approach
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- has good ability to use a computer as a working tool.
It is advantageous if you
- have experience working with customer meetings via phone in a fast-paced environment
- have good knowledge of English
- are adaptable and flexible
- are confident in making your own decisions and taking responsibility for achieving good results.

Other
Several positions, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Possibility for remote work exists if the job allows.
